Here are some frequently asked questions we've gotten over and over again. We figured it would save you some time to have our quick answers posted right here. Of course if you have a question that isn't listed, please contact us and we'll take care of it.
How may I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! Select the category you'd like to browse, pick the item you'd like to order, click "Add to Cart" and fill out the billing and shipping information. Click "Submit Order" and you're done!
Can I place orders through email or phone?
For security purposes we don't accept email orders. It wouldn't be very safe to send that kind of information through an email. But we do accept orders over the phone. Just give us a call and one of our reps will be glad to assist you.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). We do accept corporate checks for orders over $2,500, however, the check must clear before product will be shipped.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Massachusetts (6.25%).
How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order (sometimes less) before it ships out and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 5 to 7 days to arrive with standard ground shipping.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our products are made in the United States of America and therefor will ship from one of our fourteen warehouses in the United States. Since we have so many products, they could come from anywhere in the country.
Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. If you need expedited shipping please contact us on the phone or send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them. We are very flexible when it comes to shipping methods and are willing to accommodate your every request.
What if the items is not in stock when I order?
That's the beauty of ordering from us. We only list products on our website that are available and ready to ship right now. You won't have to worry about getting a notice three days later about something not being in stock. On the rare occasion that something may fall out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or an exchanged out item.
Is my information safe when ordering from your store?
All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet.
Why do you need my contact info?
We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.
